Anneliese Louise van der Pol is an American born Dutch actor and singer is an Dutch national. She is well-known for her work in the theatre as well as for playing Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its spinoff Raven's Home. Van der Pol was able to land her first television role in 2003 as the naive Chelsea Daniels, starring with Raven-Symone Orland Brown and Kyle Massey. Chelsea Daniels is one of Van der Pol's most well-known and most recognizable characters among teens, adults as well as children. To promote an episode of Disneymania in 2006, van der Pol covered the Disney classic Candle on the Water. The song A Change in Me the famous song from Belle van der Poli's Broadway musical soundtrack, was written by her due to the role she played as Belle van der Pol.
